I need a live human to help as I have a unauthorized charge for full TV

I'm seeking a refund as I would never order a channel with sports and at thr cost of 68.00 and I can't seem to get a phone number to dispute the charge!

I believe everyone gets directed here.  Everything is by email and forum support currently unless a mod stops by and can help you directly.

At least you can get a head start by contacting them.  Just follow the billing options presented in drop-downs and dispute it.

Log into your account at https://my.roku.com/subscriptions to see what subscriptions you have with Roku.  While there, you can also check your one-time purchase history at https://my.roku.com/account/purchases.

If your charges don't show up there, and they are indicated as coming from Roku, they are probably from some scammer masquerading as Roku.  Challenge them with your credit card or financial institution.

For your own peace of mind, I'd suggest adding a PIN to your Roku account and setting a requirement that pin be entered any time a purchase is authorized.
