Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with a customer service rep for Roku minus an email address? I've searched every avenue I can find, but it's all via email and I want to resolve my issue now, and not in 24 hrs. TIA!!!
It is so insane that you don't have a customer service. especially when it's regarding payment and payment issues. Sad. I have had Roku for so many years. But, this is a little much.:smiley sad::smiley sad:
Could you tell us more about the issue you're running into? If it's a billing concern, it may be more effective to get help from our billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
