I'm being charged 7.65 for Disney Plus and I don't have a subscription to that platform

This is the second time I have been charged 7.65 for Disney Plus, and I don't have the subscription. Could someone explain how I stop this charge?

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.

We would highly recommend creating a Roku PIN for your account to avoid any further unwanted purchases on your Roku account in the future. For more information about using a Roku PIN, visit our Support page here: How do I create or update the PIN for my Roku account?

Do these charges indicate they come from Roku, or just from Disney Plus?

If from Roku, log into your account at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions and make sure there is no Disney Plus subscription shown - perhaps someone else in your family has entered a subscription.  If there is no Disney Plus subscription shown, these charges are likely not coming from Roku at all, but some scammer who is just claiming to be Roku.  Contest these charges with the financial institution they came in through - they can track them back to their actual origin.

In that case, you need to be checking with Disney on this as nothing is indicating Roku is involved.

But it could still be the case that it is a bogus charge from a scammer who is only claiming to be Disney.  If Disney has no record of a subscription for you, contest the charges with the financial institution thru which the charges are appearing.  They can determine the actual origin of the charges.
