I keep getting signed up and charged for channels I did not order

Why do I keep getting signed up and charged for channels I DID NOT order! How do I stop this?

Hi there, 

If you haven't secured your Roku account by enabling a PIN requirement for any purchases and/or adding channels, we would highly recommend doing so. See the steps for doing this here: https://support.roku.com/article/115015575047-how-do-i-create-or-update-the-pin-personal-identificat...

That should help add a safeguard to prevent this activity in the future.

Have you found out how to get your charges reversed?  The same thing is happening to me, Fran H
