I keep getting charged for a canceled subscription

I had canceled my subscription Jan. 21st and have been continuously charged to date. This is horrible customer service to not be able to dispute this with someone within the company. please contact me as soon as possible as I am sick of contacting my bank every month. I have already tried changing my card info to stop this and that has not worked.

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
