I have a charge. I did not ask for any suscription.

Hello, could you tell me why I have a charge to starz and hbo? I did not a suscription for any.

Thanks for the inquiry.

We would recommend taking a look online at your Roku account at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscription to see if you have any current subscription with those channels through Roku Pay.

If you do not see any subscriptions on your Roku account, we would recommend reaching out to those channel providers directly to see if they can provide further assistance.
