I don't receive 3 months free of Globoplay

Hi, i from Brazil, the Roku express arrived on Monday, a activate my device via my account i didn't get the email with the code 3 months globoplay(it is a streaming platform here in brazil) the roku site promised the this promotion expires on 21/01/2021, so... How do i get the code???
