Thanks for the post.

Please be aware that once a Roku account is closed it cannot be reactivated. Any purchases that you have made from the Roku Channel Store, such as games, channels, etc. will no longer be available.

Hi @OmiKaren,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

You can activate, and link a Roku account by completing the activation process. 

Please note that if you have multiple Roku devices, you have the choice to add or link it to your existing Roku account, or you can create a new account. When you activate more than one Roku device, each device can be linked to a different Roku account, or all devices can be linked to a single account.

What can you do with a device that is not tied to an account. I have a newer one as well, can I connect them?
