I’m confused as to why is tiki charging me for my HBO Max? I have HBO (all HBO channels) through my xfinity provider. Why is tiki charging me for HBO channels?
I mean my ruko account. I already have ALL HBO channels through my xfinity account. Why is Ruko charging me for HBO now and HBO max?
A premium channel that is not included in your cable tier but is invoiced as a separate item typically can only be viewed via that cable system. Your premium subscription generally does not carry over to other viewing systems.
If you want to view on multiple systems (cable/satellite, phone, computer, streamer) you normally have to subscribe directly with the channel on its web page.
