i have been charged double for game pass. i am trying to send screenshots of double billed. what email can i reply to. please give me an email to send info. when i try to reply to email from roku i get message that this email address is unattended. please help.

Are you sure the charge is coming from Roku and not someone just using the word "Roku" in the charge?

As @renojim mentioned, we would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage Your Subscriptions to see a list of your current Roku subscriptions.

I was charged for subscriptions that I haven’t subscribed to, and I don’t have any subscriptions at all. I’ve used customer contact support and they aren’t receiving calls, I have even reached out to my bank. How do I get that money put back into my account?

Why did roku take 19.98 from my checking account
I've asked this many times and no one has ever replied: How do you know for a fact it was Roku and not someone using their name?

There have been chargers made to my credit card account from Roku for the last 3 months of $20.78 and 32.84 each month. I or not one in my household have made these chargers or purchases to my account. I need to have this looked in to and I’ll be making a fraud claim through my credit card company as well.
