Charged for a cancelled subscription

I was charged for a free trial (CBS interactive) that I cancelled the day after I subscribed. I have no confirmation of this. I cancelled again and have that notification. This was a day after the free trial ended (when I received an email that I was being charged). Tried to contact ROKU customer service, 27 min wait. Tried to call the # listed under the charge on Paypal site and the # hung up immediately twice. They are charging for a second month anyway. I tried filling out the resolution form, but had to cancel when it wouldn't let me correct an error. Subsequent attempts at submitting this problem ran into an error. Cheers, Julian

Double Billed for Starz

I renewed my Starz subscription directly through Starz to get the 3 months for $5 per month price.  It worked on Roku on my first TV fine by logging in.  When I went to use it on my second Roku device, it told me my subscription was not up to date, and then charged my Pay Pal account $9.66.  When I called they said to cancel the subscription on the Roku account, but subscriptions are non-refundable, but they would submit it to the accounts department and let me know.  According to them if this happens again, I am supposed to delete the Starz app, and reload it so it gives me a log in screen?  Looks like a good way for Roku to just make extra money.  Had I not noticed the Pay Pal charge I probably wouldn't have caught it.  Anyone else have this happen?

This is exactly what happened to us. ESPN, never ordered or trialed etc..  but charged for months. Why is there not a way to easily dispute these charges? How did your issue resolve?
