After purchasing my TLC ROKU tv I received an email from Roku telling me I get a 90 day trial subscription to Hulu and Pandora. I tried to claim the 90 day Hulu trial but Hulu says they only offer 30 days and my ROKU chat couldn’t find anything and then disconnected me.

I’m having the same issue.... just bought my new unit Over the weekend... tried to hook up today 12- 23-19..... can’t find the offer.... I did all ready have a a Roku account on a older Roku.... but never had Hulu before...
do I need to set up from a new Email address for it to work? Very frustrated as that is why I purchased the new unit.... planning on cutting the cord and 90 day free Hulu is why!!!
