How to upgrade subscriptions

Last night I ordered peacock premium  I wanted peacock premium plus.  If I cancel my subscription and reorder I will be charged the 5.00 and then reorder and be charged additional 10.00 how di i upgrade without losing the $5.00

Regarding your concern, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

I'll let someone else answer regarding using the payment through Roku. I don't subscribe through Roku, so I don't want to offer any advice that might not work. Await others offering a "how to" on upgrading through Roku. @RokuDanny-R or @RokuKariza-D may be able to help.

If you choose to subscribe directly to Peacock TV rather than through Roku, you'd cancel the Peacock Premium plan through Roku, and when you're ready, subscribe directly to Peacock TV, picking the Premium Plus plan. You'd then enter the Peacock TV credentials in the app. If you subscribe to Peacock Premium Plus before the Roku subscription ends, there is an overlap, and yes, you would essentially be paying double during this time.
