I called the phone number, no one is taking calls so I need to know how to resolve this issue: I had a roku and roku sent me an email that it was going to stop working soon and I needed to replace it, I got the roku express plus that was listed in the offer in June 2020. This piece of equipment has been nothing but a problem, it locks up, it is extremely slow to load and occasionally just restarts. I would like to know how to replace this obviously faulty piece of equipment.
