I ordered a new one through Roku, then discovered they mailed it to an old address. I emailed support right away, but did not receive a reply until after it had shipped. Now, I just want to change the address, but 3 emails later they still have not changed it or told me where to do so.
The address only shows on the payment information tab. Delete the payment method which shows the old address. Re-enter payment method with new address.
Now, I only hope I can find and receive my order. Support did not reply to my email in time to change the address before the order shipped. I emailed them immediately when I did the order, but their reply was 2 days later and did not tell me how to change the address.
This would have been much easier if there was address information as well as email and password information under account information tab.
