How do I contact someone to get a charge removed?

I tried all the links and unable to reach customer service. My boyfriend tried to rent a video.
 
MESSAGE: Retrieving video

But nothing ever played, my credit was charged

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What channel does this issue occur? If you were billed through the channel provider directly, you will need to reach out to their customer support for further assistance.

However, if you were billed through Roku Pay, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able further assist you.
