How did Roku get my PayPal account?

I have just checked the payment method on my Roku account and it has my PayPal account that I never set it up with. It was originally set up using a credit card. I have never purchased anything through Roku.
How did it get my PayPal details?

It would have to have been provided by someone with access to both your PayPal account and to your Roku account. You, or someone with that information.

Have you checked your PayPal transactions to see if any transaction was via PayPal? That may trigger a memory, or lead you to some other bit of information that can lead to the answer.
