Have not received roku replacement

My roku express+ device was malfunctioning and I requested a replacement device. I received an email from support with information on replacing my device and I mailed my broken one to the warehouse. It has been a week since my old device was delivered to the warehouse address provided by Roku support and I have neither received any follow up emails nor a new device. I want my replacement.
