Hallmark Channel I never received the free trial I was charged $5.99 with no service

Please Refund the fee I was charged for the Hallmark channels I never received the trial for the Hallmark channels or the HALLMARK CHANNELS after the trial. I was charged $5.99 to my checking account. Please refund the $5.99 to my bank account. Thank you. Gail Pittman
