Ive trying to contact these ppl for days,I still don't know if they will refund a subscription that I only watched for two days and the first seven was free

I am currently having the same issue and you all need to respond to our email. I am really frustrated at this point and this has been going on for 3 days now. My "free trial" ends on Friday and I want this wrapped up before then!!!! SUPPORT REQUEST(3744390)

I purchased hulu not roko and now i am being charged 8.99 plus 5.99 the 8.99 charge is not approved credit that amount

Do you have any other active subscriptions on your Roku account? Did you sign up for any free trials recently? We would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage Your Subscriptions to see what active subscriptions you have on your Roku account.
