HBO Subscription

I have a Roku account but for some reason HBO Max is taking out money each month when I have never signed up for it nor do I even have my card information set up through Roku at the moment, it’s really strange when I don’t even have a subscription with them. You can check my account and everything I should definitely get a refund. I have contacted HBO several times, and they have said it’s a Roku problem. I would love to have this solved right away. Thanks!

Thanks for the post.

If you do not have a subscription through Roku Pay, then you will need to contact the channel provider to look further into the charges on your card.

If you do not have a subscription through Roku Pay, then you will need to contact the channel provider to look further into the charges on your card.
