Greetings, I can't cancel HBO through online ROKU account. When trying to cancel my HBO subscription, every time I try I am asked why the cancellation, but I can't proceed beyond this. Hitting the x in the corner, just closes the window, and am back to where I was previously before the "reason". The reason for cancellation is that I am not seeing enough content that appeals to me. After putting in the reason, I can't get onto a page which will let me complete the cancellation. Does anyone have any guidance on this problem. Do I have reach out to HBO directly.
