HBO Now Subscription

I just installed a new Samsung 7 series TV and connected my Roku to it. My HBO now channel keeps asking me to renew my subscription, which I did not cancel. I followed through all the way to my subscriptions on Roku, which tells me I am subscribed, but still I cannot access HBO Now.

What do I do?
