I have a Roku TV and the HBO Max App. This month my profile was renamed by a hacker, what do I do to fix it?
On a pc, go to your Roku account, change the password to something a hacker won't figure out, and confirm that it has YOUR proper email address associated with it.
Once you do all that, change things back to the way you like it.
p.s. Do NOT use a normal dictionary word as your new password! Add a few capital letters, some symbols, etc.
p.p.s. IF you also have a different password for HBO Max, change that one also. Don't make it the same one you use for Roku!
