Hi I was subscribe with cbs all access I had until the 23rd of January to cancel I called cbs all access and cancelled my subscription on the 20th .. My debit card still got charged on the 24 the I want to be reimbursed for the $6.37 I don't use the channel and I cancelled before it was renewed how does the roku home still renews your cancelled subscription I removed it I don't use it how is this possible.. I would like to speak to someone about confirming my cancellation and reimbursed for the charge...!
