Got charged for a cancelled subscriptin and there is no customer service for a refund.

I ordered a subscription and canceled before the new month started and I was charged for it. I called the CS number and it only leads me to a go-roku website that does not help. I will not order anything on Roku only Free channels for me since now they do not have anyone to get your money back from.

Where did you find that CS (Customer Service?) number? The go-roku.com site is a bogus site not affiliated with roku.com
