I ordered a subscription and canceled before the new month started and I was charged for it. I called the CS number and it only leads me to a go-roku website that does not help. I will not order anything on Roku only Free channels for me since now they do not have anyone to get your money back from.

I had a britbox subscription payment due on Sept. 14; I cancelled the subscription on Sept. 12. and the subscription price was deducted from my bank account on Sept. 14 although I cancelled. It is now Sept. 19 and the funds have not been redeposited to my bank account. Please refund this amount immediately as every dollar counts during this pandemic.
