You have posted your phone number and email address in a public forum where scammer's, spammers, and robo-callers can see them. I'd suggest you press the three vertical dots at the upper right corner of your message and edit them out.
Log into your account at my.roku.com/account/subscriptions and make sure Showtime is not listed as an active subscription. You can cancel from there if it is.
