I have an old roku from someone who I am no longer in contact with. It had been years so I didn’t realize the email associated with my device was still his. I ordered a new roku express through the actual device adding my new card info. I am now worried because confirmation email was sent to the old user and I do not want them to have access to my card info or address. Does the card info link to the account aka will he be able to see it? Also, in the confirmation email does it contain my address and card info? For safety it’s very important this person does not have this info. I have contacted support but have received no response.
