Hello! I cancelled my Starz account on March 10,2020. This morning I got charged 8.99 because of a Roku Starz account. I have been in contact with Starz, they said I needed to contact Roku because of it being a third party. Anyway, I am trying to navigate cancelling my subscription through Roku and it's saying to sign into an account, but I never made an account or signed up with Roku. How am I still getting charged? What do I do if I do not have an email or password to log in? Please help!
