Getting charged for a Hulu subscription I don't have

Anyone else having this issue?  I just received notification from PayPal about a recent charge from Roku.  I knew I didn't have any active subscriptions, so I checked it out.  Sure enough, there is a charge of $11.99 from Roku for a Hulu subscription.  I have had Hulu subscriptions in the past, but never through Roku and never more than $5.99/month.  I called the number provided, but that is only some automated answering system that NEVER lets you talk to anyone.  Trying to get help with the issue on the Roku site is impossible.  I am beyond furious that I am being charged for something I don't have, and am not able to get in touch with anyone to get this resolved.  Roku has the absolute worst customer service!!  I have filed a report with PayPal, but not sure that will really help either.  Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and if/how they were able to get it resolved.
