Getting charged for a Hulu subscription I don't have

Anyone else having this issue?  I just received notification from PayPal about a recent charge from Roku.  I knew I didn't have any active subscriptions, so I checked it out.  Sure enough, there is a charge of $11.99 from Roku for a Hulu subscription.  I have had Hulu subscriptions in the past, but never through Roku and never more than $5.99/month.  I called the number provided, but that is only some automated answering system that NEVER lets you talk to anyone.  Trying to get help with the issue on the Roku site is impossible.  I am beyond furious that I am being charged for something I don't have, and am not able to get in touch with anyone to get this resolved.  Roku has the absolute worst customer service!!  I have filed a report with PayPal, but not sure that will really help either.  Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and if/how they were able to get it resolved.

Same problem. Was assured it wa dealt with and wouldnt happen again. 10 minutes ago got a notification on my phone that I had just been charged aagin. Throwing my Roku away, cancelling the payment card and going back to the Firestick.

Have this same charge from you for Hulu. Cancelled my Roku last month and my Hulu acct with hulu. still getting charged from you. Your web page has me choose options then says no billing found for that time period and won't let me continue. How do I get in contact to get this resolved??

I dnt have hullu I was charge 28 dollars on my card ending 5579 exp 01 25 area code 17851 I dnt have a account with hulu plz call me I'm evelyn guerrero

How are you being billed and where are the charges coming from? If you are not being billed from Roku, we would recommend contacting your card provider to investigate where the charges are coming from.

it says ROKU FOR HULU LLC, I CONTACTED HULU AND THEY SAID I NEEDED TO CONTACT NYOU GUYS

Thanks for the post.

We would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see a list of current subscriptions that you are being charged for through Roku. If you do not see any subscriptions there, then the charges most likely did not come from Roku. In this case, we would highly recommend contact your card provider for further assistance regarding who the charges on your account.
