This is the second time I post about this and no help! I’m still getting billed for BET+ which I don’t have access to anymore! I don’t have access to my Roku at all and I have posted about this matter and nothing has been done! I need my refund for the past TWO months that got charged! I have the bank statements as well!! Resolve this!

At some point it will ask you to login. Use your forum login if you don't have your Roku account login anymore.

I just got charged for a year subscription of espn+ without ever subscribing to it. I cannot manage to find a way to resolve this. Some one needs to reach out to me ASAP to resolve this as I should not have to pay for something I didn’t sign up for or choose. I will provide any info needed on my end and it was immediately canceled once I received the email about being billed for this. I already removed my payment method from the device to ensure Roku does not manage to do this again. There is also no way to get ahold of anyone Thur a phone call. This seems like a scam!
