I tried to subscribe to starz... to use the 7 day free trial. I had to enter new payment information... I did so right there, not updating my method of payment on my account.
I got a message that said "your order is processing. Please continue". It has been over 15 minutes and I still can't view shows on starz. Is this normal? Can I see the status of that "order" somewhere?
