Fed up with Roku support

I just want a remote that works. Was shipped a defective remote with streaming stick + at the beginning of January. Paid full price, mind you. No promos. Have been in contact with support twice, with documented notes. Was told a remote would be shipped. Nothing. Been in contact with Roku support via Twitter who stated they would act. Nothing. I just want a **bleep**ing remote that works. What does it take!? To any considering a Roku device I would stay clear. The replacement remotes they sell on their site are typically ‘out of stock’. It’s obvious they have supplier issues, yet I’m pretty sure they are shipping new streaming stick + devices daily.
