Exertis - ordered accessory

I placed an order through the Roku site for a replacement USB cable with wireless receiver. The link on the Roku website takes you to Exertis (authorised seller). I have made order, and payment taken, but no product has arrived. Exertis cannot find my order and have told me they are having various similar issue with Roku orders. Can you help?
