You try to get help and you want to Biil 25$ for service I already paid for. Get real if that the case I Don't want next month Dryone Billups

Who wants to bill you $25 and who are you currently paying?  The Roku itself has no service fees.  Email and password are not working where/in what case?

It sounds like you contact a scam artist for assistance. Roku does not have any charges of any kind for support. Since your user account and password are used to log onto the forum here, and you were obviously successful logging in here, where exactly are you having a problem logging in?

If your issue is with using a Roku device with a specific channel, we need to know what Roku you're using and what channel is the problem.
