I purchased a subscription for ESPN+ for one of the UFC fights back in January. Sometime last week I was on ESPN's website and wanted to read an ESPN+ article. I tried multiple times to login using my credientials, but was unable to due so. I contacted ESPN support directly and they were unable to find an account for me using my email address, last 4 on my cc, or my name. ESPN then reported that they would contact Roku directly and would contact me when they received a resolution. After 6 days I contacted ESPN support again and they reported that Roku sent them a link for me to follow. The link was to update my current subscription nothing else. ESPN support recommended contacting Roku support. I contacted Roku support but have not received anything from them. Looking for help if anyone else has experienced this.
