How do I get help with billing. I have been getting nowhere. I have a charge for ESPN that I never authorized on my credit card. But their "support" just sends me to a robotic answering machine that sends me to the website....which I have done and it says I have no subscriptions, yet I have been charged the last couple of months. This is frustrating. I need to speak to someone. Any ideas?
I have checked with ESPN website and they dont find a subscription for me either. I am invisible but ROKU still bills me.
Kind of in the same boat...they charged me for 2 channels that were free trials...which I cancelled way before the week was over...now I can't get a response from anyone...sent them 2 emails...still nothing...i'm getting a little aggravated
How do I send the roku account information when I have no idea how the roku account even has my credit card. I don’t have a roku device to send a serial code or anything of but my card is still being charged by roku. How am I supposed to know the account number if I can’t even cancel it.
