ESPN+ Automatic billing issue

Espn+ just listed my Disney+ bundle subscription as expired and charged me for a full year of Espn+ automatically and Roku doesn't want to give me a refund. I am already paying for the service and they billed me a full year for the same service due to some technical error.

Similar issue.  I ordered ESPN+ yesterday via ESPN.com with monthly billing ($5.99/month plus tax).  Just received an alert from PayPal that there is a charge from Roku, Inc. for $52.49.  I have no idea what this is for.  There is also nothing listed under the purchase history for content or products.
