Double charged for Starz

I subscribed Starz but they charged me 2 times for one month. Is there anyway for a refund to my cash app card?

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Were you charged twice through Roku Pay or where you charged twice through the channel provider?

If you have issues regarding charges through Roku Pay, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.

However if you are having issues with charges through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact Starz support for further assistance. You can reach Starz support here: https://www.starz.com/us/en/faq

I have a roku . I never subcribe for starz but you guys are charging my credit card . I dont even know how you have my credit card number
