Double billing

I did the HBO trial for 7 days and had trouble linking to the Roku account.  I went through Roku originally but it did not link correctly so I thought that I would have to do it through HBO themselves.  Now I have been charged twice from HBO and Roku! This is unbelievable HBO says that I cannot have my money back from them and that I would have to contact you.  Both of those payments are still pending and I would like for the one through Roku to be taken off and refunded. Thank You!
