I just noticed that I am being billed 64.98 twice each month (different cards) for service. We pay 54.99 to Hulu for streaming. We have Roku for our den and 2 bedrooms. Customer service appears completely shut down right now
When you say that you are being double billed, are you being billed both through Roku Pay and through the channel provider directly? If this is the case, you will need to unsubscribe from either of them.
i get double billed constantly from roku for the disney channel.

WHY CANT THEY CORRECT. I GAVE THEM MY E-MAIL ADDRESS, IN FACT THEY KNOW IT. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS BILL ME ONCE ON THAT E-MAIL. DISREGARD ALL OTHER ACCOUNTS OR E-MAIL THEY THINK THEY HAVE. COOINCIDENALLY, I SHOW ONLY SIGNING UP ONCE ON THIS WEBSITE FOR DISNEY. ONE SUBSCRIPTION. ONE

If this is the case, you will need to unsubscribe from either of them.Have you checked with Disney+ support to see if you have a subscription with them directly?
