Double billed for hulu

Hi, it appears that I have been getting billed twice a month for hulu 11.99 at the end and the beginning of each month.  Please let me know who i need to speak with to get this issue addressed.

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you've subscribed to Hulu twice.

I'd recommend starting by logging into your Roku account at my.roku.com and click 'Manage your subscriptions' to see if you have a Hulu subscription through your Roku account. You can verify the email address you linked your Roku device to by visiting Settings>System>About. You'll want to use that email address when signing into your account. 

Next, I'd recommend contacting Hulu support directly to inquire about any direct subscriptions you may have: https://help.hulu.com/s/article/how-to-contact-Hulu?language=en_US

Hulu should be able to help you locate any subscription that you have, and assist with cancelling any duplicate.
