Roku doesn't answer phones or emails, does anyone still work there? They have charged me two months for a service I already have through the actual app and are making me double pay. I would like a refund since Roku did not have permission to charge me. Wonder if they know that is illegal? Any Roku employees out there?

Thank you Mr. Nose! I have been trying for 2 weeks so I have kind of lost patience but I will contact them. I don't think I can afford the flowers unless the refund the charges I didn't purchase, OMMMMMMM

Place the blame on the REAL.cullpret. The situation. Now that part is dealt with, focus on empty office buildings, closed shops, and lockdowns.
Then acknowledge the ultra high unemployment numbers since The Great.Depression. You are more likely to converse with a computer than a real person.
Adapt all ye people's great and small. Customer Service is not dead, but changed into a form that is not fast or humane. That's our New Normal from now on.
I was reading that they broke into the Roku building and found all the employees
sitting in front of their terminals with their tongues hanging out dead.
So be patient and have sympathy they will all be replaced soon.

Same here. I canceled Hulu, and they continue to charge me.
