Thanks for the PM instructions. Customer Services associating my account to UK has worked, I am now enjoying the Roku Express with the correct settings/channels.
Just out of interest, why did this happen (account/box not being initially associated with UK settings)? Information could perhaps be helpful if anyone else encounters the same issue, although I presume it might be rare as I couldn't find anything online with anyone else experiencing the same.
