Disney plus refund

I was charged $7.43 for the Disney plus subscription to an old account. I need a refund before bank charges me a fee for that transaction. Since the situation the customer service number says to come here to contact their customer service?

I was charged twice for Disney+

I was charged 2 times for my subscription to Disney.  Why is this?  It makes me want to cancel all together.
