Disney+ not my email

I signed up a couple days ago for disney +. tried to sign in today but it had some crazy email that doesn't belong to me. I canceled the subscription and am trying to redo and it won't let me

How are you trying to subscribe to Disney+? Are you subscribing through Roku Pay or through the channel provider directly?
