Disney + is free for year

Hello my Disney + account is free for a year thru internet provider why am I being asked for card info to be charged by roku?

If you already have login credentials, then you don't need to register through Roku for it. Simply use the credentials you have. We didn't have to provide any CC info when logging into the app/channel.

If the credentials you have aren't working, you need to contact Disney for assistance.
