I purchased a subscription to Disney Plus through Roku, but when I tried to log in it said there is no account tied to that email. I’m certain the email address is the one Disney Plus should have because it’s listed in my Roku account. How do I fix this? Disney Plus support won’t help.
I activated my Disney Plus account on Dec 12. On the 26th we were watching in morning but that evening It’s says I don’t have an account. My email let’s me log in but no active account. I contacted them and I have correct email but no payment for active subscription. Disney plus is listed on my Roku recent purchases and I see the Payment on my PayPal account. I want this fixed by how do I even talk to a person for Roku help?? So frustrating!
