Disney+ Channel bundle account issue

I signed up for the Disney channel through Roku, but when the bundle came out I signed up for that package of course. What I didn't know is that the two where separate. I  found out that I have been paying for Disney twice since July 2020. The representative that I spoke to was very rude. Told me I was dumb for not catching it sooner and they would not give me a refund. I ask for a supervisor, he told me there were no supervisors. I told him I will call the corporate headquarters,  then I was told I could get a 3 month refund and a supervisor would call me later that day to further assist me. I have not received either.
